Hello,

The WinMail.dat attachment indicates the sender sent you a secure message using Microsoft Outlook set to Rich Text Format. The Secure Message Center does not support this proprietary Microsoft format (TNEF). Please reply to the sender and ask them to resend the email using HTML or Plaintext format.
