Please note, the 'undeliverable notice' you received is for the secure message notification email.  The secure message itself will still be available to the recipient in the Secure Message Center.

An 'Undeliverable Notice' from the Secure Message site can be due to one of several possibilities.  The 'Undeliverable Notice' message you received may contain an attachment which details the exact reason.

Below are some of the most common possibilities

1) The recipient's email address was misspelled, or the recipient address is incorrect.

2) The recipient is having some type of mail related issue, and the notice could not be delivered.

3) The recipient's mail system rejected the notification message.

4) The recipient sent a response (including an out of office replies) to the notification message, instead of accessing the Secure Message site to compose their reply.

NOTE: Attached to the 'Undeliverable Notice' from the Secure Message site, will be the actual bounce.  Please review this attachment for the exact cause.
