Please try the following steps to reset your account.
1. Open your email to click on the link to view your secure message.
2. Your email address should already be displayed on secure email log-in page.
3. If this address is different you might need to log in using this email address.
4. Below the sign-in button click on the link labeled "change your password".
5. Enter the email address, password twice, and a reminder then submit.
6. Check your inbox for the email message 'Secure Email Notification'
7. Click on the link to ACTIVATE your new password.
8. At the Activation Successful page, Click Continue ( Cutting and paste the link into your browser, instead of clicking on it, if you don't have success)
9. Login to the secure message center using your new password.
If you have not received the confirmation email after a few minutes, please check the spam/bulk folder of your email program. If needed, please have the admin for your mailserver "whitelist" our server's domain ZixMail.net or smtpout.ZixMail.net (63.71.8.100 -
63.71.8.109) to ensure delivery.
